A landlord can find a tenant, sign a lease, record rent, and coordinate repairs using separate apps, spreadsheets, inboxes, and paper. That fragmentation makes it hard to reconstruct what happened when a payment, repair, or tenancy term is disputed.

The product is designed for self-managing landlords in Canada, especially people who need a clear starting point after buying or taking over a rental.

Propsynk brings tenant screening, provincial leases, signing, rent records, maintenance, and documents into a connected workflow. A landlord can start with a vacant unit or an existing tenancy, then keep operating records attached to that rental.

My role spans customer discovery, product decisions, mobile experience, backend services, and integration design. The app uses React Native with Expo on the client and Go services with PostgreSQL behind core account workflows. Third-party integrations support screening and signing.

The difficult product decisions are often in the boundaries: importing an existing tenancy, deciding when rent tracking begins, keeping a lease record intelligible, and making onboarding short enough to complete on a phone.

Propsynk is available on iOS. I do not present it as a scaled, mature platform: activation, onboarding clarity, and distribution remain active product work. The product site is the best place to inspect the current feature set and availability.
